The &8220;Hannah Montana&8221; star showed off her ample assets at the &8220;CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute&8221; in Los Angeles. The actress arrived for the event wearing a Robert Cavalli gown with a plunging neckline that showed off her grown up curves to their fullest potential. Tongues started wagging about whether the star had gotten some enhancements the moments the photos of the look hit the Internet. In response to the growing buzz about her curves, the star hit Twitter to let the world know that she&8217;s all natural.

&8220;Thank you for the compliment, but these babies are all mine,&8221; the teen starTweeted. &8220;I wish [people would] realize you don&8217;t have to be ke to be beautiful!&8221;

She later added, &8220;I&8217;m 19! BOOBS GROW, PEOPLE!&8221;

The former Disney Channel star may still be all natural, but there are lots of stars who have turned to cosmetic surgery to give themselves the enhancements they desire. From reality stars to country singers, we&8217;ve dug up a few of the stars who have enhanced their assets in 2011:

LeAnn Rimes

: The country singer started the year out with a bang by treating herself to a boob job. Although she hasn&8217;t officially confirmed the enhancements, their isample evidencethat she was sporting bigger curves this year. According toUS Weekly, the star wanted her breasts to be more proportionate with the rest of her body.

Nicole Richie: The &8220;Simple Life&8221; star got the gossip mill going this ll when she started rocking more curves on the beaches of Mexico. She reportedly waited untilngher children, Harlow and Sparrow, before the decision to go under the knife.

Farrah Abraham: There&8217;s no secret here! The reality star didn&8217;t just make themiley cyrus decision to enhance her assets to help move her modeling career forward, she made sure that the whole thing was filmed for her reality show, &8220;Teen Mom.&8221;
