Ive been busy with getting ready for the school year so I apologize for the lack of guides lately. Ive been working on style ones since I personally think thats where we all need the help. The hair and makeup guides arent too hard to make, but Id rather spend my time trying to get the style ones so we can all dress like Ms. Cyrus ;) There will be more guides in the next few days, so stay tuned!

If youre sending a request, please send the photo of what youd like and specify if you want a guide oh hair, makeup, or shion. If youre donating one, please be sure to be specific in your steps and make sure to include your name so we know who to credit!

Hair: Part your hair to the right. Make sure it is completely dry so itll be easier to style. Straighten it in half inch sections if you have thick hair and one inch sections if it isnt as thick. Repeat the last step for all of your hair, including the under coats. Use a heat protectant/repair hair spray when you are done, especially if you use heat on your hair often.

Step One: Apply a light foundation. To have it look more like Milleys, just use a foundation that is very close to your natural skin tone.

Step Two: Add a tan eye shadow to your eye lids.

Step Three: Use liquid eyeliner above your eye it thicker as you get closer to the outside of your eye.

Step Four: Apply mascara to your top and bottom eyelashes.

Step Five: Apply a clear lipgloss.

Khloe Kardashian has said that she wasn&8217;t expecting to be featured on the new series of Punk&8217;d.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star was targeted by friends Miley Cyrus and Kelly Osbourne for an episode of the newly-revived prank show, which premieres Monday, March 19 on MTV.

A teaser trailer for Kardashian&8217;s episode reveals that she had been enjoying a quiet night with Cyrus and Osbourne when a pizza delivery man has an unfortunate accident.

In a post to her official blog, the reality star said: &8220;As I&8217;m sure you all know by now, I got Punk&8217;d! I was so excited for my girls&8217; night with Miley and Kelly, and let me just say, they got me really good.

&8220;I thought the show was cancelled and I had no idea they were bringing it back so I was NOT expecting to be Punk&8217;d. (sic)&8221;

Kardashian&8217;s sister Kim Kardashian had earlier told Twitter followers that the star had kept her appearance on the show a secret, writing: &8220;I can&8217;t believe @KhloeKardashian never told anyone in the m she got Punk&8217;d!!!! I can&8217;t wait to see this episode! (sic)&8221;

Punk&8217;ds new series will feature a different guest host each week, with Justin Bieber, Kellan Lutz, Bam Margera and Dax Shepard already confirmed as among the other pranksters.

Ashton Kutcher created the hidden camera show with Jason Goldberg and served as the original host from 2003 to 2007.

Miley Cyrus and Shakira reportedly are going to hook up in a studio for a brand new song. According to reports, the two female singers are lending their voice for good cause, which is to raise fund for children with heart problems.

The charity song is rumored to be titled &8220;Love &038; Rock&8221;, and is expected to be released on Valentine&8217;s Day this year. Words are, the two female artists are going to perform it at a charity gala on February 14, and will follow it up by premiering a music video.

Miley and Shakira have participated in a number of charities in the past years, including recording songs for Haiti Relief initiatives. The former joined &8220;Everybody Hurts&8221; and &8220;We Are the World 25 for Haiti&8221;, while the latter took part in &8220;Somos El Mundo 25 Por Haiti&8221;.

Dolly Parton has expressed her belief that Miley Cyrus is often unirly criticised by the media.

Cyrus most recently made headlines by joking with friends at a birthday party that she smoked &8220;way too much fking weed&8221;, a comment which her publicist later claimed was a joke.

Parton has now revealed that she identifies with Cyrus and hopes that the young star gets more privacy as she enters into womanhood.

&8220;I remember myself at her age. We&8217;ve all been a bit too hard on her,&8221; the country music star told Parade.

MTV&8217;s Punk&8217;d will hit the airwaves in March with singers Justin Bieber and Miley Cyrus among the stars serving as celebrity guest hosts.

The hit show that features unsuspecting celebrities getting pranked, will return for a ninth season on March 19, after a four-year hiatus.

&8220;In a new twist this season, Ashton Kutcher will hand over the reins to a new celebrity host each week, including Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus, [Twilight star] Kellan Lutz, [Jackass prankster] Bam Margera and Punk&8217;d alum Dax Shepard, among many others,&8221; MTV said.

Ashton Kutcher, who developed the show and served as host during its first run from 2003 to 2007, will return as co-producer.

The cable network aired first look footage of the reboot during its New Year&8217;s Eve special Saturday night.

Khloe Kardashian is starring unwittinglyin yet another reality show. MTV is relaunching its comedy spoof show Punkd, and Khloe gets pranked in the premiere hosted by Miley Cyrus and BFF Kelly Osbourne. Is Khloe this dumb?

MTV released the clip during its New Years Eve show, NYE in NYC 2012, confirming the show will premiere March 19.

The format has changed slightly. The original show, which ran from 2003 through 2007, was produced and hosted by Ashton Kutcher. It was a cross between Candid Camera and TVs Bloopers &038; Practical Jokes.

Celebrities were maneuvered into embarrassing situations and the fun is in watching them try to get out of them, with a big reveal at the end. MTV announced that it was reviving the show last year.

Initially, it planned to go with the single-host format, but now will rotate guest hosts, including Justin Bieber, Kellan Lutz, Bam Margera and others. Whats more theyll participate in setting up the prank.

Part of the show will also go behind-the-scenes to explain how the prank will be set up.

In the preview, Cyrus and Osbourne invite Kardashian over for drinks and girl talk. That should have been a giveaway right off the bat. Why would Miley ever hang out with Khloe?

In any event, a delivery man asks to use the bathroom and lets out a piercing scream.

When the girls learn that hes snagged one of his testicles in his pants zipper, Khloe makes the call to emergency services and has to explain what happened.
